Present Moment Wellness is dedicated to providing a supportive and mindful yoga experience that helps individuals restore balance, relieve stress, and connect with their inner wisdom. Founded by Jennifer Froyd, MA, LCMHC, our practice integrates gentle movement, breath awareness, and self-compassion to create a space for healing and growth.

Meet Jennifer Froyd

Jennifer Froyd, MA, LCMHC, is a licensed clinical mental health counselor and certified yoga instructor with extensive training in therapeutic and adaptive yoga. With a background in holistic wellness, she brings a deep understanding of how movement and mindfulness can support emotional and physical well-being.

Jennifer completed two teacher trainings (500 hours) with Kristine Weber at Subtle Yoga.

At Present Moment Wellness, we approach yoga as a tool for self-discovery, healing, and balance rather than as a performance-based practice. Our unique focus includes:
